Listen To Sound Clips from No Limitation

Making this CD required new levels of harmony, with each other as well as within our music. Harmony grew out of the courage to express ourselves and the grace to honor each other. We began with the belief that music can heal both the musician and the listener. This CD is for you. It's our hope you' ll hear the harmony within it and know, even in your darkest hour, that you are loved.

No Limitation

There is no limitation
Except for the limitations you have made for yourself

Every lock is a key to an opening door.
Every ceiling eventually becomes the floor.
Every thought and deed is a seed that grows
Even if its planter never knows.

There is no limitation
Except for the limitations you have made for yourself

Nothing ever stood in our way.
Every wall was built to crumble some day.
Every ocean will eventually become a cloud.
Every silent soul will sing out loud.

There is no limitation
Except for the limitations you have made for yourself

Anything we ever hope for is in our hearts.
Every new beginning every world that's torn apart.
Every down below becomes an up above.
Even every dark despair becomes pure love.

There is no limitation
Except for the limitations you have made for yourself

Completely Free

All the things that happen to you are only there to show you
What you've left to do before you'll be completely free.
All the images flowing through you, the voices talking to you
Only go to show you what you need to be completely free.

So don't be upset if what you want's not what you get,
'Cause what you want's not always what you need to be completely free.

And the spiraling of your laughter, the subtle clues you're after
Left behind to show what you as Soul already know.
And the eyes you've come to see with, the souls you've come to be with,
Gathered here and now so we can be completely free.

Give it your love that is to say let no regrets get in your way.
The path illuminates our way in step with every step we take

And just as if the Light and Sound breathed in and out and all around
You know it could be true but what it means is only up to you.

Trust in Your Heart

Well there must be a way to dream in the stream of life!

Trust in your heart
Trust in your heart

There was a time I needed a reason for everything
(He needed a reason, needed a reason)
To laugh, to cry, or even to sing:
Trust in Your heart

I felt high I felt low I had nowhere to go.
(High, low, but what did you know?)
I knew a little 'bout a lot but what I didn't know was how to
Trust in your heart.

Now I'm dreamin' in the life stream, dreamin' in the stream of life.

I searched here, I searched there but I just couldn't see
How to trust in your heart
That the answer was always inside of me.
Trust in your heart

Don't be afraid if the passing parade tries to hold you.
Open your heart and then Spirit will start to unfold you.

I was knock, knock, knocking on heaven's door.
Trust in your heart
Though my life seemed full still I wanted more.
Trust in your heart

I knew there must be a way but I couldn't get through it.
Listen to your heart, it'll tell you how to do it,
How to trust in your heart.
So I sat in silence for a sign from above.
The heart spoke one word and the word was love.

Now I'm dreamin' in the life stream, dreamin' in the stream of life.

And now though the way is narrow as the blade of a knife,
Trust in your heart
I'm becoming the master of my own life.
Trust in your heart

Don't be resisting the turns and the twists life is bringing.
Turn on a dime and in time you will find yourself singing.

Trust in your heart
Trust in your heart

Trust in your heart and you know that your part will go just fine.

Hero's Journey

As a child I lay down on the grass one night,
Counting every star in that sky,
Wondering if God was looking out for me from infinity,
Farther than I could see.
The sky didn't answer though I thought I could hear a small voice whisper in my ear.

Follow that road your heart will know the way of the hero's journey.
It may be bitter or sweet, but all roads will lead to the way of the hero's journey.

I grew older and forgot with time to look up at the sky and to question why.
Surviving life seemed like more than enough just to keep my faith when the going got tough.

There's no one answer that's ever complete til you've tasted both sides of the bittersweet.
There's a reason for everything you can't always see;
That's the way of the hero's journey.

Follow that road your heart will know the way of the hero's journey.
It may be bitter or sweet, but all roads will lead to the way of the hero's journey.

I'm no stranger to the pendulum swing.
I've learned many a lesson going to and from extremes.
Find me that sweet spot that lies between where that small voice whispers in my dreams.

Follow that road your heart will know the way of the hero's journey.
It may be bitter or sweet, but all roads will lead to the way of the hero's journey.

You're gonna know, your heart will show you
You're gonna know

When I'm Flying

Well the earth is such a wonderful place,
Ooo When I'm flying.
Lookin' from an airplane soaring through space,
Ooo When I'm flying.

Up where the sunlight meets the air,
The people look little livin' way down there,
The clouds look whiter and the sun seems brighter,
Ooo When I'm flying.

One day when I'm a pilot I will fly so high.
Ooo When I'm flying.
Everywhere I look will be blue, blue sky.
Ooo When I'm flying.

Up where the sunlight meets the air,
The people look little livin' way down there,
The clouds look whiter and the sun seems brighter,
Ooo When I'm flying.

Boo Hoo Blues

I've got the blues I'd like to lose;
I'd like to pack 'em away; I'm 'fraid they're here to stay.
Dark night of soul has taken its toll and now I'm blue.

It's bad, it's so bad;
I think it's the worst darn lifetime I ever had.
I'm so pathetic - call in the medic to help with these blues.

A man walked by who caught my eye;
He said, "I've got a feelin' you need a healin'.
What you can do when you feel blue is sing HU*."

I said, "What is this thing you're asking me to sing?"
He said, "It may sound odd but it's like singing to God.
I use it myself, why don't you give it a try?"
Then he tipped his hat and waved good-bye.

I sang it softly, I sang it sweetly with my whole heart.
"You've changed completely!
In spite of your mopin' your heart is open by singing HU."

I'm glad, oh, so glad
This is the best darn lifetime I've ever had.
I dumped those blues like yesterday's news by singing HU.*

Creatures of Our Own Creation

Creatures of our own creation - no, no, no, it cannot be so.
Creatures of our own creation - sad to tell you it's true, true, true,
Sad to tell you it's true.

When I look in the mirror tell me what do I see?
Creatures of our own creation
I see the only one who has any power over me.
Sad to tell you it's true.

Was I wiser in a previous incarnation?
Creatures of our own creation
No, you've never been greater than your current station.
Sad to tell you it's true.

Creatures of our own creation - no, no, no, it cannot be so.
Creatures of our own creation - sad to tell you it's true, true, true,
Had to tell you it's true.

No matter how you wriggle out of what is true
Creatures of our own creation
The finger always points at you-know-who.
Had to tell you it's true.

Where does that leave the martyr and the victim?
Creatures of our own creation
Every Soul has troubles but somehow we've licked 'em.
Had to tell you it's true.

Creatures of our own creation - no, no, no, it cannot be so.
Creatures of our own creation - sad to tell you it's true, true, true,
Had to tell you it's true.

So then who decides who wins and who loses?
Creatures of our own creation
Well, every creature is created in the image it chooses.
Glad to tell you it's true.

Then what is our task from the One above?
Creatures of our own creation
Do everything you do with God's pure love.
Glad to tell you it's true, true, true.
Glad to tell you it's true

We are creatures of our own creation!

Sacred Ground

Take me to the sacred ground, for I do hear the master call.
In the blue of the sacred land, I sit by the waterfall.

And, oh, how the birds do stretch their melodies.
And, oh, how gently rocks the breeze.
For by the water of the sacred land you reach out to take my hand.

Take me to the sacred ground, for I do hear the master call.
In the blue of the sacred land, I sit by the waterfall.

And, oh, how your eyes do fill with symphonies.
And, oh, how gently rocks your love.
For by the waters of the sacred land Soul fills with solitude of being.

Take me to the sacred ground, for I do hear the master call.
In the blue of the sacred land, I sit by the waterfall.

And, oh, the freshness of the water's spray.
And, oh, the mysteries received.
For by the water of the sacred land lies the harbor of my dreams.

Take me took the sacred ground.

Circle of Friends

A lone coyote trots along the silent desert floor
She notices me noticing, not knowing what I'm watching for
Then, recognition flashes in a message that she sends
We share an inner circle of friends

We've gathered through the centuries, enlivened and awake
In numbers small, to heed the call, with life itself at stake
With one Soul at the hub whose inner presence never ends
To lead this inner circle of friends

And the sphere of its influence moves out beyond our reach
Like the chambers of a nautilus tossed on a starry beach,
Whose inner spirals wind around and 'round without an end
To form this inner circle of friends

In a planetary system in Andromeda somewhere
A Soul cries out for help and in an instant we are there
Our names go unexchanged though we remain there till it ends
To serve within this circle of friends

And the sphere of its influence moves out beyond our reach
Every one of us is in us all, and all is there in each
And every Fall, the ones who hear us calling will attend
To join this inner circle
To share this inner circle
Come serve within this circle of friends

Everything I Have

Everything I have I will always give to anyone who asks - HU*

Yes it's true, the Blessings of God have been showered upon me
Yes it's true, that the Blessings of God have been showered upon me and...

Everything I have I will always give to anyone who asks - HU

Every age brings a messenger filled with love
Every sage brings the message, to build with love
Every step will be paved with the sound of HU

On and on how the ages roll on with Love
On and on how eternity moves in Love
On and on in the ancient song of HU

Everything I have I will always give to anyone who asks - HU

* HU is a name for God, which when sung as a prayer or in time of need, initiates contact with the Light of God and the Divine Sound Current.

Mountain Wind

Change is in the air; I know not where I'm going;
A mountain wind is blowing through my life.
Eager comes the lark on wings of light and knowing,
Cutting through my doubting like a knife.

A lark, aloft, to herald new beginnings
A mountain wind will bring it to my dreams.
Eager comes the love when aspen leaves are spinning,
And Soul is reaching up through golden beams.

One step more as the mountain wind blows;
One step more as the lark sings.
Take me to a new world, wake me with the dawn,
And in the light I'll spread my wings.

Change is in the air; a mountain wind is blowing.
The breath of God has found my dreams at last.
Eager comes the lark as I watch the river flowing and the wind of love will hold me fast.

One step more as the mountain wind blows;
One step more as the lark sings.
Take me to a new world, wake me with the dawn,
And in the light I'll spread my wings.

Love is everywhere as I hold the hand of God.
A mountain wind has blown into my heart.
Eager comes the lark; she sings a brand new morning
And comes to tell me we need never part.

One step more as the mountain wind blows;
One step more as the lark sings.
Take me to a new world, wake me with the dawn,
And in the light I'll spread my wings.

Melody

I hear a far-off, wondrous melody.
Am I inside that very song, or was it born inside of me?

From deep within the surface of the sea
The song begins to light the day and every leaf of every tree.

Its sound surrounds us in our divinity
And whispers to the silent soul, "Awaken to God's melody."

We hear each whisper reflected in the stars,
The wonder of the song we sing, the brightness of the light we are.

I dreamed a far-off, wondrous melody.
It's circling inside my life, in echoes of infinity.
